Due to Frequent No Show and last minute cancellations we enforce a strict cancellation policy.
Please be considerate of our hard working stylists' time. Please call if you are running late, or if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Kindly give a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid a cancellation fee.
Often, there are times when other clients are trying to get in and the appointment slot can be filled with ample notice.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or modification to an appointment time.
For all "no/show" or cancellation less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the service booked with be charged.
Upon making the appointment, client agrees to the cancellation policy, as explained before booking the appointment.
FOR ANY CLIENT WHO NO SHOWED TWO OR MORE TIMES THERE WILL BE A NON REFUNDABLE $50 DEPOSIT or 50% OF TOTAL SERVICE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

AGE OF CONSENT FOR SERVICES
ALL COLOR SERVICES provided for clients UNDER THE AGE OF 20 must be accompanied by an adult during initial consultation.
ALL PROM HAIR AND MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A $20 DEPOSIT PER SERVICE TO RESERVE THE APPOINTMENT. THIS WILL THEN BE DEDUCTED THE DAY OF SERVICES.
THIS DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PROM APPOINTMENT.
MUST CALL OR EMAIL WITHIN 24-48 HOURS AFTER SERVICE IS PERFORMED.
If you are unsatisfied with a service you must notify us within 48 hours and we will offer a complimentary correction, Must be approved by management and corrected within 7 days from the original service. If the service requested is something different then the original service additional fees will apply.
ONLY CLIENTS GETTING SERVICES PREFORMED CAN BE ON THE CUTTING FLOOR. ALL OTHERS MUST WAIT FOR SOMEONE IS THE RECEPTION/WAITING AREA
NO CHILDREN IN THE SALON, UNLESS THEY ARE GETTING A SERVICE PREFORMED THAT DAY. CLIENTS COME TO RELAX, WE STRIVE TO MAINTAIN A SPA-LIKE ATMOSPHERE. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHILDREN OR OPERATE OUR BUSINESS PROPERLY WITH UNATTENDED CHILDREN.
