Due to Frequent No Show and last minute cancellations we enforce a strict cancellation policy.
Please be considerate of our hard working stylists' time. Please call if you are running late, or if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Kindly give a minimum of 48 hour notice via EMAIL to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid a cancellation fee.

Often, there are times when other clients are trying to get in
and the appointment slot can be filled with ample notice.
Our Master Stylists have waitlists, as they are booked out 3 months in advance,
so this cancelation policy is strictly adhered to.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, if you do not confirm your appointment within 48 hours, it will be canceled and a Cancellation FEE will apply.
STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY ENFORCEDWe require a credit card deposit to hold all
Color, Keratin, Special Occasion Services. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or modification to an appointment time. ALL COLOR APPOINTMENTS BOOKED WITH APRIL, HEATHER, or CAITLIN REQUIRE A $50 DEPOSIT TAKEN AT TIME OF BOOKING. IF LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN FOR CANCELATION OR RESCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FOREFITED. Upon making the appointment, client agrees to the cancellation policy, as explained before booking the appointment. For all "no/show" or cancellations less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the service booked or a $50 fee will be charged to the clients account. In order to rebook an appointment the fee must be paid. FOR ANY CLIENT WHO NO SHOWED OR CANCELED LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE, THERE WILL BE A NON REFUNDABLE $50 DEPOSIT or 50% OF TOTAL SERVICE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. As we try our absolute best to keep our clients comfortable during their entire visit, color services (especially painting sessions) can get messy. We of course provide a cape and towels to barrier your clothing but as a precaution, we suggest not wearing irreplaceable clothing during your visit. CONSULTATIONSConsultations are required for all color correction appointments or first time clients that are looking for a transformation. They are approximately 15 minutes. In some instances, we will do a test strand. The charge is $20 for a consult. Test strand additional $20
PROM APPOINTMENTS
ALL PROM HAIR AND MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A $20 DEPOSIT PER SERVICE TO RESERVE THE APPOINTMENT. THIS WILL THEN BE DEDUCTED THE DAY OF SERVICES.
THIS DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PROM APPOINTMENT. COLOR SERVICES
Our menu is ala carte so we can customize it to fit individual client needs. However we have added packages as well. As your stylist we love to see the final outcome. We love knowing the results and checking for anything less than our expected outcome based on the consultation. Clients that opt to leave wet (without a blowout), are accepting the service as is. If there is a discrepancy with your service, you are more than welcome to return to the salon to have it corrected but you will be charged for the stylists time and product used. We are happy to address any issues the day of your service, or if time does not allow, we will note your account of such and schedule a time for your return. |
SERVICE MODIFICATION
MUST CALL OR EMAIL WITHIN 24-48 HOURS AFTER SERVICE IS PERFORMED. If you are unsatisfied with a service you must notify us within 48 hours and we will offer a complimentary correction, Must be approved by management and corrected within 7 days from the original service. If the service requested is something different then the original service additional fees will apply. PEACEFUL ATMOSPHEREONLY CLIENTS GETTING SERVICES PREFORMED CAN BE ON THE CUTTING FLOOR.
